Trip to Spooky woods
The youth will be taking a trip to Kersey Valley Spooky Woods on Saturday, Oct. 21. We will be leaving the church at 7 p.m., and will hopefully be back between 10:30 and 11, but that will depend on the length of the line. (Even with tickets, they say you may wait in line for up to 90 minutes before entering the main haunted house.)
There is a cost of $20 per person, with the church covering the rest of the cost. Please let Michelle Rash know by Oct. 1 if your youth plans to attend the trip. She can be reached at 336-212-3424 or mlrash617@hotmail.com. The money for the tickets will also be due on Oct. 1. If the cost of the trip will keep your youth from attending, please let Michelle know; we have scholarship money available.

Sunday School

The youth are having Sunday School at the Gilded Bean, leaving church around 10 to walk over, returning in time for the 11 service. The church buys one drink or snack for each youth while they are at the Gilded Bean. The bus will be available to bring children and youth to Sunday School on Oct. 8 and Oct. 22.
